The Court of Appeal has over-ruled a decision that declared the Cook Islands National Superannuation legislation unconstitutional.
The Court of Appeal presided over by Justice Sir Ian Barker, Justice David Williams, and Justice Barry Paterson yesterday released its unanimous decision to uphold the appeal.
